Building Stamina on the Heavy Bag

I was in such a rush today I nearly used the excuse I don't have time to train! I made sure to get in these quick rounds to keep building my stamina. You may not be able to do a full workout every day, but just do what you can and you will make progress!

I've been busy working and that involves lots of cycling, coaching, and walking. So that keeps me fit too, it's just nice to get some rounds in on my own!
