The shot is great @marinauzelac , but is that child suffering from some disease as I see him not in the right position and something falling down from his mouth.
Usually, people in refugee camps have been through a lot of things, it's understandable that what would have happened to them.

It looks maybe more dramatic than it is. He is eating cookies (plazma keks) and drinking milk.
The milk is falling down his mouth.
Eto, ja lijepo govorim svojoj ženi da plazma ne valja, i da mi kupi petit beurre od Kraša...
