My Actifit Report Card: March 20 2019
Found this handprint on my sofa the other day and had no idea how it got there. I think it is my hand - but what did I do? So weird. The mysteries of life
Every day, I am planning to go to bed early. And every day, suddenly, it is late again and I am still doing something- usually, something Steem related.
Last night, I didn’t sleep well and my whole day was off. Still got my #seven77 on - you know the initiative on Twitter to bring more people to Steem and Actifit.
Also got a walk in with Miss BB, and did some serious weed pulling in the yard. Also planted a potato in a tire. Giving that a try again.
My back was hurting today as well. Spent some time on the foam roller - my at home Chiropractor and finished now with some Qui- Gong twisting/breath moves. Feels much better now.
