My Actifit Today : 13 October 2019
We went to the park again today after breakfast and did some net casting exercise. It was a little skill to get it right, to ensure that the net is cast into the target properly. After that, it was back to the kitchen, preparing a lunch of fried rice with air fried fish cake.
