There are many moments in our lives when we feel like shouting to everyone, "I'm not okay." This feeling is very natural and human. Life stress, work load, family problems, or personal frustrations—all of these can create this feeling in us. But it is very important to talk about these feelings.

Many times we suppress our heartaches. We think that no one will understand or that our problems are small. But when the depth of the problem increases, it becomes unbearable at some point. That's when it feels like we need to let everyone know that we're not well.

When we don't feel good, both our mind and body suffer. It is very important to ask for help at this time. Talking to a loved one, sharing your problems with a friend, or seeking the help of a professional counselor—all these things can ease the burden on our minds.

Taking care does not only mean taking care of the body, it is important to take care of the mind as well. Regular exercise, adequate sleep, a balanced diet, and taking breaks from time to time are all very important to our mental health. Doing something you like, reading a book, listening to music or spending time with your loved ones can help keep your mind healthy.

Many times we think our feelings are ours alone. But that's not right. People around us often face similar problems. Sharing our feelings with them helps us understand ourselves better and find solutions.

There are many people around us who love us and want to stand by us. So sometimes cry out, "I'm not good." This is the first step towards a healthy and beautiful life.
