Hello my beautiful and wonderful steemians, I'll begin by apologizing for not being active on my diary as usual but I began finding it somehow boring. And consequently I channeled most of my energy on my lil poems 😅
But by the grace of God, today i come with my Diary of Saturday the 11th day of September 2021.

Dear Diary,

MORNING

This morning was quite special, i woke up with a heavy burden in my heart! The previous day i was at the disability center to pay a visit and pray for the kids, and this morning just after my meditation i was scrolling down the recent posts on the community as usual commenting on posts which have not been posted on the Whatsapp forum.

While scrolling through i fell on a post that made me feel so bad, each Strand of my hair stood still, my heart pumped faster, deep in my spirit i began to weep and the first reaction i had was get on my knees.

My usual koinonia moment with Abba became an intercession instead of worship. After i finished with the first phase, i got to my friend @craxywriter and we talked about it. The reason I went to her i don't really know but I just felt as to tell her.

At about 7am i went down to the store to put myself done airtime so I could continue using my data. Since today was Saturday, it was a football day but players weren't yet present in their numbers. I rushed back up home and covered myself in my blanket but after 30mins i put on my shoes and shorts and rushed to the field.

On arrival at the field, we were about 16 and we divided the team but to my greatest surprise i was put in the goals as a goal keeper🤦🏾‍♂️
It was bad! But as bad as it was, i didn't concede a goal. After my team scored a goal, i left the poles and went as an attacker. The goal we scored was returned, but finally we won 4-1 without me scoring a goal.

I left the field at the end of the match and went to take my bath. Immediately i did and was still dressing, i received a call from Bro Godwill who urged me to meet him at our Papa's place. There was a little house inauguration ceremony in which goat barbecue was involved ☺️

AFTERNOON

(Godwill and I)

At 12:36pm i told mom where i was going to and boarded a bike to the venue. Rain wanted to stop me halfway, as the bike man stopped at a filling status and after some mins it began to drizzle. I urged the bike man to get me to my destination which he did. I arrived the house and greeted everyone and took my seat😅 There were only Papa's childhood friends in that place but we easily related coz there was a Tottenham vs Crystal palace match going on.

All of us were also eager to watch the second debut of the GOAT, Cristiano Ronaldo in Manchester United. Whole waiting, i went to the table and took a Bavaria and sipped little by little. Till there was an urge to begin with a speech from Papa then his wife and also their friends.

We were done and it was item 11, oh my God! The table was rich in food to be diminished. I collected 2bundles of achu and fix it with my fingers in the traditional way.
The girl who was at the table looked at my plate and kept wondering if I'll finish it😅 she doesn't know fayurrrr.

The plate was littered with meat all over. After some mins i was done eating and went for a second Bavaria to push it down. We then left outside to check on the barbecue and bath papa😂
His friends are really crazy, everyone was with a bottle of beer and energy drink which was poured on him so much that at the end another person wanted to bath him with a 1l of el vino 😂

After he ran we all laughed and then he came back all smiling and hugged each of his friends. After which he went to bath and change while we stood all outside fixing the barbecue.

EVENING

While fixing the barbecue and sharing to everyone, the manchester united match began and I went back into the house. We watched the match and as we all expected CR7 scored his first goal and we all screamed. But as usual in every gathering there is a Judah 😅 a Messi fan who kept condemning the goal and in some mins, after the second half had begun CR7 gave back the lead with a second banger, scoring a brace in his debut.

Discussions arose and we got emotional seeing Man U winning 4-1 and heading at the top if the table. After the match, they set up PS4 and it became a gaming house. My Papa whipped everyone except me😅 but that was coz i refused to play with him. He would've finished me first on the game and then with laughter.

At about 6pm, Bro Godwill and I left back for home. We boarded a taxi, and then a bike to his place where we cooked groundnut and ate before i left back for my home.

I arrived home at 8pm and gave my mom some yoghurt and my lil sisters bread! I entered my room and it was all for the day. I discussed with some people before i went to prayers at midnight.
That was how I spent my Saturday. Thanks fir reading my diary, God bless you.
