To control the senses so far that you be and stay calm, shows true masters of self-discipline.
Equanimity without indifference.
Master of the moment and thus of time. Live in the moment full of consciousness, so that you appear steadfast like a rock in the surf.

Equanimidade sem indiferença.
Mestre do momento e, portanto, do tempo. Vive o momento cheio de consciência, para que apareças firme como uma rocha no surf.

Die Sinne soweit zu beherrschen, so dass man die Ruhe selbst ist und bleibt, zeigt wahre Meister der Sebstkontrolle.
Gleichmut ohne Gleichgültigkeit.
Herr über den Moment und somit der Zeit. Lebe im Moment voller Bewusstheit, so dass du standhaft wie ein Felsen in der Brandung erscheinst.
