Greetings and A Blessed Day Everyone!
Another fantastic week has passed, and I am grateful to God for continually strengthening me in my role as a Country Representative for the Philippines. Despite all of my personal activities on a daily basis, I am grateful to God for allowing me to do what I need to do in our very own Steemit Philippines Community, of which I am also a Admin, along with my co-Admin and Country Representative @juichi and all of the moderators who are dedicated to supporting the community.
Today is another day for me to share with you my Weekly Report as Country Representative in my country from November 15-21, 2022, in the hopes that it will encourage my countrymen to be more active and consistent.

Our Weekly Contest initiated by one of our moderator @fabio2614 has finally ended which we make it more easy to join as it is a Essay Writing Contest and a few of our members shared their stories of “Anything you wished not to happen this year”.
The announcement of Winners will be posted soon but for us to know and read the entries of our participants, you can check it on the link provided below.
Create an essay that includes your experiences in connection with the title “Anything you wished not to happen this year”. It could be about yourself, your family, your country, politics, or the disaster that happens in your place.
Our REFERRAL PROGRAM, which was initiated by @juichi, is still in effect, and as I mentioned in my last weekly report, we have a few new Members and Visitors who have just introduced themselves in the community, and as verified by following the given instructions in the verification process, they were all welcomed and enjoy the benefits they may receive in the community.

To be a good example for our members, I will make sure that I am also active in the community by posting my Diary Game Entries and some other contents every week. To give credits to the efforts of our moderators who continuously supporting and give their best for the growth of our Community, here is a lists and summary of their weekly reports.
Here are the lists of the future plans in which we have already implemented one of it and have plans to start others too.
- To choose Best 3 Post every Week - Our Moderators are tasks to share their own weekly report in the community and part of it were top 3 posts to receive Booming Upvote. Now, from Monday to Sunday the Te will going to choose Best 3 Post of the week who will win Steem Prizes.
