My Actifit Report Card: April 4 2019

Today I trimmed the rock rose bushes in front of the office and did some other gardening. The bushes seem to do fine from trimming them every so often. I try to cut them back from the house a bit and keep them from growing too tall. Usually every year they have tons of yellow and white flowers.

I also played another nine basket of disc golf with my son. I scored a couple over par and I think my son was around par. The weather was really nice and just about right for shorts. Things had dried out a bit after the recent rain and I didn't slip around on the tee pads. (When the concrete is wet if I were my cross country running shoes it feels like I'm ice skating, they are really bad on wet pavement)

There were many of these yellow flowers blooming and the bees were really liking them:

There were many other bushes about to bloom around here. I bet this trail will be full of different types of blooming flowers for some time as the weather countinues to warm up.
