In The Matrix - Imprinted by LightCaptured
I've been to The Matrix, in the last few days.
Oh, don't get me wrong, I didn't have to choose between a red pill and a blue pill.
Just a pile of small everyday-life-dramas, nothing major.
Actually, a substantial amount of time was spent to harvest the grapes from our low-quality, almost wild vine, then wash the grapes, etc. just so we prepare some home-made vinegar.
Huge time investment, if you ask me, but the taste of all home-made stuff is just unique.
I've been thinking for some time to start here my own food and beverages blog, as few years ago I decided preparing our own food and drinks is probably the best, on so many levels. What do you think about that idea?
Anyway, I will tell you in three months if everything was ok with the home-made grape vinegar...
Now, speaking of The Matrix, I've edited three new travel photographs of mine, that I took at the Devil's Bridge over Arda river in Southern Bulgaria.
All of those pictures are long-exposures, I will share the meta-data if anyone's interested.
Cheers, friends! :)

When it comes to preparing something at home, I'm not just talking about food that you eat today, tomorrow or the day after, my subconscious turns on the warning alarm - Attention, survival mode!
Because that's how it was in my childhood and early years - so much housework of all kinds - from growing absolutely all edible products to processing and preserving them, etc. It's always been part of survival mode and nowadays it doesn't appeal to me at all lol. On the other hand, this activity is undoubtedly very useful, and I'm sure that many people here will be interested in how exactly you make homemade vinegar or something else, even from products that are not particularly high-quality in one sense or another. Many people cannot afford even that. So, go ahead with the next recipe and tips posts.👨🍳🥣🥄
Oh, I see.
My mindset is a bit different - first, I know what has been put in the food I eat, because, I am the one "combining" the ingredients ;)
Thank you for the inspiration!
этот мост похож на портал ...
ты всё-таки съел одну из таблеток ))))
Думаю, что было бы интересно почитать о твоём опыте виноделия и приготовления блюд. Может быть я бы воспользовался советами знатока :)
Hehe, thank you!
I am far away from "знаток", but in the last years almost all of the food we eat is home-made and I love to experiment. I just have to "tune" and train myself to take photos in the process as I almost always forget to do that, focused on the cooking :)))
О, если это будет рецепт в сопровождении фотографий самого процесса, это будет ещё интереснее :)
That's the idea, I'll have to do some training as I am not good in that type of multitasking, LMAO
Тренируйся, мой друг, тренируйся 🤣 😂😅
