목요일은 비건데이.

하우스메이트는 냉장고에 있는 모든 야채를 꺼냈다.
올리브오일에 절인 썬드라이토마토, 참나물, 산미가 있는 화이트와인, 향이 강한 송화버섯과 케이퍼베리, 아스파라거스, 양송이버섯, 마늘, 그린올리브, 페페론치노...

이 모든 게 아름답게 연주되어 접시에 모이는 아침.

Thursday is vegan day.

The house mate took out all the vegetables in the refrigerator.
Olive oil pickled sundry tomatoes, chamnamul, acidic white wine, strong-scented pine mushrooms, caperberries, asparagus, mushroom, garlic, green olives, pepperoncino...

The morning when all of this is beautifully played and gathered on a plate.
