My Musical Journey
Music. The one thing that has been a constant in my life.
Since I was 14, I’ve been experimenting with Fruity Loops and Sony Vegas, in which I started to produce and also started to create own editions of existing tracks. I continued throughout high school. After the excitement of learning a bunch of new tools, plugins, and synthesizers, I found myself experimenting with Logic Pro X. As I curiously explored the diversity of ways creating sounds and countless unlimited numbers of melodies and harmonies that went way beyond my imagination. I realized how quickly I got excited about it, and how much I wanted to put my feelings, energy, and emotions into my own music.
When I was excited, angry, or confused, then I would have been withdrawn in my room and release my emotions through music. I began composing and the compositions became my journal and my ideas began to burst into my mind, almost uncontrollably.
My family and friends loved what I did, and when I tuned 17 I started to play at a first few parties and clubs. where I also played my own processed edit’s and records.
In time, I mainly played Electronic/House or EDM music.
There are still numbers of things to be found under my name Laurent Becca on YouTube which I have made in the past. But completely separate from the style and concept that I will let you know more about this year.
Soon I began to notice that there was a lot of competition in this kind of genre, many people did the same and many people played the same tracks. Which made me tired a bit, and I did not appreciate the genre that well anymore. After an impulsive action, I had removed all my current work to continue my journey of discovery. My musical journey to something new.

You are very right. Music fits every emotion.
Much of my teen years were spent in a similar fashion, locked in my cave just me and my music. I was having a conversation with a friend in a Discord group today about our DNA being 97% music...I think some of us skipped out the water part and got something that our soul could feed on even more :)

After that I switched to Fruity Loops which has quietly evolved into quite a beast. My musical journey has led me through multiple style changes from chopping samples, to loops, and now to some live keys.
