The importance of listening.

Certainly there is a big difference when we stop thinking only about our own tastes and take into account what others want, because all this comes down to understanding people. Knowing how to treat them could even be an art or a gift, not as something impossible to achieve but difficult. Being sincere that interest to satisfy my desire humanly I have had it and I have it, not as something unique because I consider the importance of listening to others because their ideas and capacities are necessary to make team; nevertheless after the reading I agree with the author in that the form and the use of the words changes much the behavior and action of the people, completely in agreement that if I do not impose my desires over them their enthusiasm is different, to make people believe in that yes it can achieve it improves the human relations.

In both personal and work life, it is applicable to think first about how others want things before seeing what I want. Something that I have always taught my daughters is to have a sense of belonging, I apply it to their school where they spend part of the day and the year because it is not the same that they see it as an annoying obligation they must learn to consider it their second home where they learn , they play and they get to have their best friends. When we go to buy them clothes, shoes or school supplies, their mother and I do not think about our taste but about theirs and we allow them to get involved by making clear the limits and not offering them what we cannot afford, when at some point I hear them say “ I can't ”I tell them: yes you can, you can do it.

If someone limits themselves.

In the work environment it is common to hear someone say they can't, "this is not for me, I don't understand, I'm a donkey", that's where we must make people see that everyone can, we just have to find a way, if someone limits himself we have to make him see the options, the way. Who at some point in his life has not been blocked and someone has come to make you see the solutions, I think many and I am one but to the extent that I believe more in me along with my commitment to always want to learn more, the obstacles I can find on the road no longer paralyze my life, I do not worry, I care.

Black or white.

I ask myself, are the wishes of others first? Starting from my honesty as they say in my country "not so bald or with two wigs" can not be all black or white because there is another range of colors available, I repeat no because I read this chapter today I will say that I always think of others before me, on the contrary I recognize that I always care about listening to people understanding that their situation is not equal to mine but I can understand.

With the examples that the author places here about the success that many have achieved in business I can say that I do not doubt at any time about the positive aspects of this way of treating people, as I like to learn and improve, and in advance I will put into practice many interesting things mentioned in the text.

In this First Part I made it in three chapters, the author summarizes three great basic rules to be successful:
RULE 1
Do not criticize, condemn or complain.
RULE 2
Show honest and sincere appreciation.
RULE 3
Arouse in others a vehement desire.

Of all I recognize that the number 1 is the strongest because in daily life how many criticisms or complaints I can make. From today I will work on it.
