Three Years Christmas Wish

Hello Steemians, I was out for the Christmas Eve and Christmas day itself because I was too busy with my Family. Over dinner, we came to a discussion that we always had. Having a car. It is our Christmas wish for 3 years now. Or maybe more. But we always had something more important to spend our savings. Here in the Philippines, earning money is not easy. I know there are no easy way to earn money but here working hard and long hours will not give you enough to spend for House, Car, Vacation and other necessities that will make your life pleasurable as it should be.

My friends know me as a business minded person. Not because I am a business man of some sort but I always see a situation where I can earn. While working in a BPO company I started earning extra as a reseller of replica rubber shoes. This is a hit here because branded shoes are not affordable. Sometimes, I get to bring some of my aunt's RTW (Ready to Wear) item in the office so I can sell it to them then my aunt will give me a cut on each item that I sold. Thank God every time I sell something in the office went sold out. Jackets, Blouses, T-Shirts, Pants and even Panties, yes I sold some underwears as well. I even joke around that they can fit is as long as I am looking. hahahaha

Few years later, my brother's sister-in-law offered for me to resell her items. I said, "Why not?" The offer is good because I do not need capital for it. Since it is online selling I started with payment first basis. The customer will pay, I will pay my supplier then she will drop ship the item to the customer. Easy. It is not easy at first because you have to build your reputation so the customer will trust you their money. Good thing I am not new to selling items so few people vouched for me as a legitimate seller.

The latest addition on my extra income is the Ending game. If you do not know this game you may visit my old post about this here. Filipinos love gambling so this is not hard for me. :)

Since day 1 my salary goes straight to my wife. The money I earn extra goes to my other needs and few for my rewards :-D and the rest to our savings.

Our target not is to be able to buy a car. Not exactly this model/make but a decent car that will be our buddy on our family's adventures. I know steemit will be a huge addition to our dream but I am not looking into that at the moment. I enjoy sharing my experiences here and I am receiving great feedback. That is more important.
