Crying is often associated with a sign that someone has a weak or whiny mentality. Even though crying is not only about sadness, many people cry because they are happy or feeling moved by seeing something amazing.
It is true, most people cry when they are sad, depressed, or experience things that are bad and not in line with their expectations. If this happens with you, there's no need to be ashamed or proud to cry. Everyone has the right to vent his feelings, both women and men, one of them by crying. Crying is something that gives you relief from the emotion, stress and you will better. I still remember as a child after crying I felt better and went again to play or slept better. As adults we try not to cry, but if there is a reason, then it is not good to hold the emotions in yourself and better to let them go :)
