Still on The Fast 800 diet, pushing forward to more weight loss this year. ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“

AN UPDATE ON MY EATING PLAN

I started an eating plan in August 2018, I needed to lose weight, have tried just about every single eating/diet plan out there all losing a little putting on a lot as end up going back to what i usually eat. I needed a plan that i could eat, lose weight and then carry on eating that plan. Then Michael Mosley came along with The 8 Week Blood Sugar Diet. This is a great diet if you are Diabetic, also works for everyone who needs to loose weight and feel good.

At the beginning of the year a new updated book came out The Fast 800, I lost 53lbs then Christmas came around and ruined my motivation and will power, They slowly slipped away BUT i kept with the fast days which has helped me stay the same weight, i go up 2lb then down 2lb, Its a way of life now, its how I eat.

I have started to do 3 fast days, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday where i stick between 500 - 800 calories cutting out as many carbs and sugar as i can then the rest of the week i eat normally but still keep with the Low carbs and Sugar. I have introduced the 3rd fast to to help me lose more weight as the 2 days were maintaining my weight.

I still need to loose another 3 stone before i get close to where i want to be, As long i keep to Low carbs & No Sugar I should reach my goal, Hopefully before this Christmas comes around Or Else i am cancelling it.

Sugar is in just about everything, once you start reading what is in your food its surprising ho much sugar is actually added.

Cutting out sugar was hard as it was in everything i ate. Once you start reducing sugar & Carbs from your diet you will feel poorly for a couple of days, this is your body craving Sugar and carbs, stick with it then after the first week you will start feeling a lot better, have more energy and generally feel better than you have felt for a while. If i eat bread now my body bloats, i feel tired and drained.

This eating plan is how i live and shop, i don't crave chocolate or fatty foods, i actually look forward to Natural Greek Yogurt or Nature Creme Fraiche with my berries. My first port of call when shopping is straight to the Fruit & Vegetables, I don't need the cake or biscuit aisle anymore.

They put too much sugar in everything, even in some in many fruit drinks.

They put sugar in things that don't need sugar.

sounds like a good plan and if its working for you its the best one, I am ona balanced diet of my own making its not working for loosing weight fast but it is working to slowly keep going down which is working well for me,, may take a while to get to my goal weight but I am sticking to it so its good for me

You have to find what works with you, i have tried so many, this one i have to be really good for 3 days then get 4 days to relax, Love it :)

yes I don't think there is one perfect diet, its a matter of find what works well for oneself :)

I think i am safe at the minute, hopefully in a month or 2 i will be skinnie :)

Use plenty of string when you go out in the wind, tie those clothes on well, we dont want to hear on the news about a nuddie skinny Minnie running all around the town.

Omg there would be a warning stay indoors and keep your eyes closed or the sight will burn Haha
