Fried Chicken with a leafy green salad
Tonight @mihail.tsvetkov choose fried chicken for dinner, so I hopped on google for a relatively simple recipe that didn't require soaking the chicken for hours on end and ended up using what ever dried spice I had on hand. Here is the result of my improvise fried chicken recipe.
Dipped once in egg batter, it really came out crunchy.
I also made a really quick the fresh salad for the side using lettuce, dill, green onion, onion, salt, and a bit of plain yogurt. And that's what was for dinner.
