Cabbage and Carrot Salad.
Here is another salad. With just lemon juice and olive oil as the dressing, it allows all the natural flavors of all the ingredients to enhance and compliment each other turning these simple vegetables into a great and fresh combination. And here we have carrots, cabbage, and a bit of parsley. Add a bit of salt to the lemon and oil dressing and you are all set.
