Yesterday morning the weather conditions were very cold. Even though it's Summer, it's cold because starting stage of monsoon and it's raining. It was cloudy in the morning so I didn't water the plants. I cleaned the surroundings and did some walking and breath exercises.

Since we had to go to Coimbatore yesterday, my husband had gone to the market to buy fish very early in the morning, so I went to the kitchen and washed the fish that he had bought after making fish curry. At first I washed it with water and added lemon salt and turmeric powder and stirred it to soak.

After that I cleaned the ginger and took a piece along with peeled garlic, anise, cardamom, cloves and ground it in a mixer jar.

After that I cut the onions and tomatoes into small pieces and added them in a pan and sauteed them and ground them to make paste. I kept the ground paste aside and again added oil in to the pan and sauteed it along with mustard, cardamom and dry chillies. Then I added the chopped onions and sauteed them well and then mixed the ground onion- tomato paste with it.

I took some tamarind in a vessel and soaked it in water for some time and then kneaded it by hand and took its extract. Then I mixed the tamarind extract water in the pan. Then, I added spice powder, salt and turmeric powder to them and mixed them well and boiled them. Then I mixed the washed fish with them and covered it to boil.

Now the fish gravy was ready I was cooking rice to eat with it then everyone got ready then we enjoyed our breakfast with the delicious fish gravy and rice.

Then we left for Coimbatore my daughter did not come with us she went to the badminton court as she had badminton practice. My husband and I took my son and went to Coimbatore.

While driving on the highway, a trailer lorry was parked on the side of the road where a big boat was tied to transport it from Coimbatore to Kerala and we photographed it.

In Coimbatore, my husband needed to buy supplies for his office, so he used to go to the relevant shops and order the supplies. After completing those tasks in the market for about an hour, we went to a restaurant and had lunch. For lunch we ordered parathas and kurumas and had them. Then I photographed my son with my phone.

After finishing the work in Coimbatore, then we left for home and they were selling jackfruit on the way. My husband went and asked the price to buy a jack fruit and was told that a kg is sixty rupees and a whole jackfruit is about 7 kg. At the same time they kept cutting some fruits into pieces. Since we can't eat that much if we buy a big fruit, we decided to buy only a small piece and bought only one piece of jackfruit.

After coming home we sat down to relax a bit. I went to the kitchen and prepared tea. By then my husband had changed his clothes and came out and cut the jackfruit we had bought. I shared them with everyone and enjoyed them too. Thus yesterday was very happy and good. Hope you like my diary. Post your views in the comment section.
