Steem Load Balancer: Show Statistics on GET

I've decided to add some statistics on the Steem Load Balancer:

So, on the GET, it will show the following statistics:

• start time: when the load balancer node was up.
• time difference: how long has passed since the node was up.
• the total access counters: the number of requests.
• and the number of times (and percentage) that each node was chosen as the node.
