HOW CAN WE CONSOLIDATE NEW MEMBERS! TO HELP US IN CAMPAIGNING STEEMIT! [ALSO AN UPDATE TO MY NEW SIGNUP & COMEBACK MEMBERS(PHILIPPINES)]
Greetings to every Steemians out there, especially to all Filipinos here on steemit, as I am the PromoSteem Promoter for the Philippines. This post would serve to easily find new steemit users in the Philippines and even from other countries this would still be applicable in a sense I will propose this approach to raise their morale so that they can act as campaign material in a way right? I'll explain later on this article how and what are my plans for this.
One of the very few reasons that a lot of users or members of the steemit community doesn't last long or easily quit in this platform just from the get go is because of the following ;
✅ No support for their introduction post;
Ofcourse I will not tolerate shit posts what I am exactly talking about are those with good introductory posts. (Not all are good at first specifically when it comes to mark downs, but you can see how they write their introduction specially when it is long and interesting when you are reading it).
✅ Even tho they continuously provide original and quality they haven't received enough support
Again not all of us are privileged to be born rich and use steemit as a hobby, many users went here because they needed extra hustles to feed their families and pay their bills and worse some needed this just to survive.

CONSOLIDATE; meaning is to make firm or secure : STRENGTHEN according to meriam webster dictionary
✅ First is to gather all introduction posts whether it is new signups or old members who just come back on steemit. Now, how can I or us apply this?
I came up with the idea that I would gather new introduction posts (particularly with the #philippines) by collecting or gathering as much as my strength and time can do. And if I missed some of them, I'll include it in my every update to drop their links in the comment section below so that I can highlight them the very next day! This will serve as a kickstart to them.
✅ Secondly, by nominating introduction posts of your just new recruit member/s ! I think @xpilar is currently doing this kind of approach in their community.
What do I mean about this is that not all current members who campaign steemit have that large SP, followers and influence in this platform. So in a way by dropping your new recruit links(introduction) we can help their posts to be much more visible to the eye of whales and other who curates quality content here. And this serve as some kind of help to new members and this trend will pass on as a good campaign for steemit.
✅ Ofcourse this is a long term goal but the goal is to lure new signups or users to join steemit organically, just like what large social media platforms like facebook, Instagram or twitter even tho they didn't rewards their day to day users. We need to attract social media influencers to campaign steemit for us, I happened to recruit @j-clef which is a youtuber which we will do campaign steemit on his youtube channel just I mentioned in my previous articles.
It’s a lot easier to market a great product than a mediocre one. Because great products don’t need to be advertised, they just are.
