Do you know how to "tone up" the muscles of your brain?
To prevent the brain from going through all states, which would result in diseases such as Alzheimer's, senile dementia among others; different mental and physical activities must be carried out, followed by a diet that helps the health of said organ.
Now, I invite you to exercise that important muscle, as is the brain, in an easy and simple way; Let's begin by changing the sedentary lifestyle that may be in our lives by outdoor walks, walks in bicycles, dance therapy or just practice some sport. It is not advisable to carry out these activities because they make us sweat, or because they help us lose weight (which is not bad) they are recommended because they help cerebral oxygenation, the production of endorphin and the multiplication of neuronal connections.
Other activities that we can execute are the elaboration of crossword puzzles, mental games like memorizing figures and the order of them, dates of national holidays and ordering them chronologically, remembering stories and sharing them with other people among many other mental activities, that of Sure they will occur to you and you will put into practice with the help of family and friends. These mental exercises are rewarding for the brain, making it oxygenate, strengthen their muscles and therefore the existence of excellent memory.
Along with the completion of all these activities, we must add the importance of the consumption of some foods recommended by the contribution of their nutrients to brain function; among them we should mention the green vegetables, fish and nuts, (especially recommended by neurologists for the recovery of brain accidents) since they contribute a high amount of oxygen to the brain, helping in that way to a better functioning and multiplication of your neurons.
When we adopt a behavior contrary to that advised, that is, we do not exercise physically and mentally, we do not include green vegetables, almonds, nuts, among other foods recommended for being antioxidants; the brain will be like an atrophied muscle, running the risk of suffering certain alterations in its work and neuronal conformation.
Therefore, we must understand that the brain is an organ to which we have to exercise through the implementation of different activities, mentioned above, which will result in the "toning" or "definition" of each of your muscles and therefore a better functioning of our body.
