I am @jollymonoara and Bangladeshi.


Culinary lovers are very excited about their own culinary arts and serve their cooked food in different environments and make people eat and enjoy. They want to diversify their food and showcase their talents by sharing diverse dishes on different platforms.

Also, in various food restaurants, entrepreneurs arrange various food stalls on various religious occasions so that food lovers can regularly take a test of delicious and tasty food. Nowadays, food traders organize different varieties of food during the month of Ramadan to increase their income, where a large number of visitors throng the food restaurant while shopping.

I thank this community @irawandedy for an idea where we can showcase our culinary arts. I am sharing some of my own pictures here.

Fruit salad

Today first I have come up with a healthy, nutritious food that is very good for iftari. We all love to eat fruits if we try to bring innovation with these fruits then their nutritional value will increase as well as it is good to eat. I take some seasonal fruits and mix it all together with a little white pepper powder, mint leaves, green chili flakes, curd, and a little sugar and salt. Then the fruit salad is ready.

Nakshi Pitha

Atap rice powder should be boiled well in boiling hot water and when it cools down it should be prepared for making Nakshi Pitha. Then we make a variety of design pitha by making different designs with Date tree thorns. Deep fry the pithas in dipping oil. Put down the light brownish black actually. Serve with jaggery syrup before a meal.

Rice and carrot payes(dessert)

Grind the pre-soaked Polao rice with cow's milk and cook it. After that, add grated carrot and sugar and cook it in such a way that the pies have a little gravy. Serve with raisins and almonds. I love this dessert.

Egg potato chops

Kids love this egg potato chop. Eggs and potatoes are boiled, then the potatoes are made into balls with a little cumin and red chili powder, dipped in gram balls with eggs, and fried in deep oil. This chop is very popular during Ramadan, especially because kids love it.

Sabu khichuri.


I like this dish with sabu and it is very nutritious. I make it with large grain sabu and add almonds, potatoes, chilly, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt and sugar. Cook it on a gas stove with cooking oil. This dish is also called Sabu khichuri.

Sugarcane molasses syrup

I make these drinks every fasting day for Iftar. Mix jaggery with cold water and add lemon juice and ice to it. This drink is very beneficial and full of nutrients to relieve constipation after fasting all day.

Liqueur tea or milk tea

There is no alternative to tea to relieve the tiredness of the body after fasting all day. I only like liquor and tea without milk. So make liquor tea for me and milk tea for other house members. Drink a cup of tea and relax a little.

Vermicelli semai with cow's milk

Vermicelli semai is very popular on the day of Eid in our country. It is cooked in every house. I make Sira with cow's milk and sugar and then cook it with fried Vermicelli semai. Cook it with more milk and less vermicelli semai. This is my son's favorite dessert.

Tehari or akhni Polao or Beef biriyani

One of the most popular dishes in our country is Tehari which we cook mostly with beef. I cook for any occasion especially birthday parties and death anniversaries. It is also very popular in Ramadan iftar items. I cook the beef well with ginger-garlic paste, garam masala paste, a little chili paste, and curd. Add cooking oil. When the meat is cooked, I cook it with rice. I love making this dish and it is not too complicated to cook.

Faluda

Faluda is very popular in Iftar and is loved by everyone in our country. After cooking pies with soap and cow's milk, add mixed fruit and serve with ice cream. This dessert item is very good to eat very cold which is quite cool during Iftar.
