Food not only gives us physical growth but also gives us peace of mind. There are certain foods that we prepare properly, be it to fix our mood or to nourish our mind, we eat those foods with great joy. But there are some foods that make me want to eat. Sometimes I can't make them at home immediately. In that case, I try to improve my mood by buying them from outside. Again many times we prepare our favorite dishes and display them in different festivals.
So today I'm sharing my cooking experience with a dish that keeps my mind healthy and helps improve my mood.

I prepare many types of instant food that can have a strong effect on my mood. There are certain foods that are loved by everyone from young to old and very popular. Usually such dishes are organized at any celebration or any festival or any wedding or birthday party and without this food the celebration does not happen.Everyone wants this food and it is an interesting celebration dish-
That's Cake.
Without this cake, no ceremony is done. This cake is the center of attraction from the beginning to the end of the program.
I make this cake to celebrate at my home, be it any event or any guest entertainment .
But thanks to the special cake in the middle of making the cake is the Red Velvet Cake. It's very nice to eat and I guess.It occupies a favorite spot among cake lovers.

Below are the ingredients I need to make a red velvet cake
| Flour | 2 cup |

| Milk | one cup |
| Sugar | Two cups |
| Eggs | 4 |
| Oil | 1/2 cup |
| Baking powder | 1 tsp |

| Baking soda | 1/2 tsp |
| Vanilla essence | 1 tsp |
| Dano sterilized cream | 1/2 cup |
| Red color | 1 tsp |
| Cocoa powder | 1 tbsp |
| Conflower | 2 tbsp |
First, I measure the dry parts of the cake in quantity, mix each flour, conflower baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder together and put it in the sieve.

I will separate the whites and yolks of the first egg Now beat the egg whites with an electric beater and mix the sugars little by little.

After beating in several ways, when the whole sugars melt and the fluffy marang is formed, I will beat the egg whites with the egg yolks. Then mix oil, vanilla and colour one by one.

Then mix the dough mixtures little by little in three steps..And step-by-step cream and milk and mix.

Mix all the dough lightly with a spatula when finished.

At this stage, pour the cake mixture into the oil-brushed baking tray and take it out for an hour at 170 °C.
After an hour a very tasty delicious Red velvet cake was made.
Then I'll put the cake in the fridge and do the decoration the next day.
The next day I decorated the cake and gave the picture of the look on my cake while decorating

I buy baking items all the time as I make occasional birthday cakes or pound cakes .When any flavor cake is needed I make it at home .
Maybe I don't make cakes professionally, but I try to make my favorite cakes with my talent. Maybe the cake is not very attractive or the design looks very nice, but I think my handmade cake is very tasty to eat and anyone who tastes this cake will want to eat it a second time.
But and when I need this food right now but don't have the ingredients to make it I buy it from my favorite cake shop Coopers, the Tasty treat.

I can definitely recommend the food to improve the mood of others. Cake is what we all eat, be it vanilla spons cake or chocolate cake. And these two cakes are often eaten at any celebration at everyone's home but this red velvet cake is a bit special.
In fact, anyone would want to eat this red-looking velvet cake .Looks so good as it takes a great taste to eat and it's so soft that it fades when put in the mouth . Red and white color combination as beautiful and attractive as one, great delicious to eat And tempting.
Moreover, whenever a cake is brought to an event, everyone wants to eat a little, even a piece so that I can eat it and everyone hopes that I can finally eat a piece of cake. Especially kids, little kids are almost crazy about eating this cake, who wants them.
So I recommend that you all make this cake at home at least once and taste the amazing, very delicious cake of its cake.
