Actually, I wanted to take pictures of the sunrise on the Wörthersee, but after no clouds at all in the sky, I thought that I could photograph "no sunrise" anywhere else too. | Eigentlich wollte ich ja den Sonnenaufgang am Wörthersee fotografieren, aber nachdem überhaupt keine Wolken am Himmel gewesen sind, habe ich mir gedacht, dass ich "keinen Sonnenaufgang" auch woanders fotografieren könnte. |

So I went first to Kranjska Gora and waited for the sunrise, which started at about 5:20 am to illuminate the mountains, which were reflected in the Lake Jasna. | Ich bin also zuerst nach Kranjska Gora gefahren und habe auf den Sonnenaufgang gewartet, der um ca 05:20 Uhr begonnen hat, die Berge zu beleuchten, welche sich im Jasna See spiegelten. |

Lake Jasna is located on the right side of the road to the Vršič Pass, after Kranjska Gora, just before the the curves of the road onto the pass begin. It consists of two interconnected artificial lakes. | Der Jasna See befindet sich rechts von der Straße auf den Vršič Pass, und zwar nach Kranjska Gora kurz bevor die Kurven auf den Pass beginnen. Er besteht aus zwei miteinander verbundenen künstlichen Seen. |

I wonder who created for whom, the sunrise for this mountain, or, this mountain for sunrise? They both complement each other. In principle, it does not matter. You, my Dear friend @Johannpiber, have managed to make them equivalent. Great shots!

Thank you so much my friend. I have never been at this lake, and these are the first photos I have shot there. I have driven by many times, but never stopped. So, I am glad, that I stopped there today and took some photos.

I love the way the light just barely touches the mountain top. What a splendid shot! It is so stunning with getting the long shot with the boats and the reflection to pump up the pretty in the picture.

Ist aber ein Sonnenaufgang Maja 😉, ich danke dir aber trotz des kleinen Tippfehlers vielmals 😊
Und zwar war dies der erste, den ich dort fotografiert habe. Sonst bin ich an diesem See immer vorbeigefahren, aber heute habe ich mir gedacht, ich schaue mir mal die Spiegelung der Berge darin an. Leider war es etwas windig, so dass das Wasser nicht glatt gewesen ist, aber trotzdem war es ganz schön :)
Es tut mir leid, dass ich nicht daran gewöhnt bin, früh aufzustehen, ich bin besessen von Sonnenuntergänge. 😁😁😉

Because I have never shot photos at this spot I didn't know, how the sun would lighten the scene and the mountains. It turned out really nice, and I am very happy with these shots 😊

oh, I thought maybe it was not on your regular route. Why did it take so long for you to go there then? You didn't know it was there?
In Winter there was not much water in the lakes, and the place itself didn't look very beautiful to me.
Now, in the tourist season, is looks really nice, and enough water means nice reflections :)
oh that's the difference, so you will be back with all the tourists? lol.
When I am there, all tourists are still asleep 😴 and I leave before they wake up 😎
