What is the good word everybody?

I've been having a great time setting up and recording videos for the open mic and other contests here on Steemit. I have been upgrading my setup as I go.

I hooked this old beast up. 

I got a couple of mics set up and got a visitor from the upstairs. She needed a hug and to tell her daddy goodnight!!

You can find some of the videos I've recently done on my blog. I'm not going to link them here, that isn't the point of this entry. 

The point of this entry is to let all of the Steemverse (Well, at least the ones that are following me!) know of my intentions to live stream a concert via Dlive!

I just got the software downloaded and installed on the laptop I will use for the streaming.

I have my bass and guitar ready to go.

I've got a Peavey Foundation bass. It was given to me by my father-in-law. He is a stand up dude and a great musician in his own right!

I hooked up a vocal processor and a bass effect pedal. So far I've only showed my acoustic guitar, singer-songwriter chops. I've been playing bass with my wife in a rock band for four years now, and I want to show everyone that side of my talent too.

We have this Blue recording mic.

It is OK for now, but I plan on upgrading soon. I want to make quality audio for my videos in the future. Right now I am limited by funds and honestly, know how. I'm new to this whole video making and editing thing! Hell, I'm new to this entire blogging thing!

And on that note, I'm going to go study up on how to live stream to DLive. I hope to have things set up for a live stream (LiveSteem!) concert in a week or so.
