INTRODUCTION
Vendio, based on a decentralized Ethereum market Standard smart contract ERC20 token, is a digital advertising platform which adopts blockchain to bridge the gap between advertisers or publishers and viewers or audience. It uses the vendio token to foster contracts offered on its platform.
WHAT MAKES VENDIO SPECIAL?

One special thing about vendio is that it channels advertisement to viewers based on specific time and what is being viewed on the screen by the user. In other words, the advertisement displayed on the screen of the user depends on what the viewer is watching at that particular moment. The advertisement is carefully planned and chosen before it is displayed on the screen of the viewer in order to avoid, as much as possible, displaying irrelevant information to him/her. One main characteristic of a good advertisement platform is that it should display items or materials which are likely to be relevant to user. Vendio enhances user-friendly by popping up or advertising materials or items relevant to users at a particular point in time by ensuring that the advertisement is displayed in a way that it does not interfere with the viewing area or aspect ratio of what the user is watching.

To simplify it, the advertisement does not block what the user is watching because it is small in size but large enough to be seen clearly of the information it tries to convey to viewers. This ensures that the user enjoys what he/she is watching without any form of interference. Advertisement on vendio platform remains on the screen long enough to gain interest, however, it vanishes from the screen and does not require commands from the user before vanishing. This strategy also prevents distractions during video watching on vendo platform.
Moreover, vendio procures smart contracts by courtesy of the vendio tokens on its platform. Smart contract is a type of contract in which the rules of the contract are enhanced by an online configuration. Once a contract is initiated, it cannot be compromised by any individual or personnel. The contract is an advertisement contract that enables advertisers to preload funds. Smart contracts also enable users to know how long a campaign ads will run, the cost involved and the testing of the successfulness of an advertisement and the approximated amount of money that can be gained from the advertisement.
Vendio platform is also highly defined by its demo version which is incorporated in its platform. The demo is to assist potential publishers to trim their advertisement in the best interest of viewers. The individual (the potential publisher) is required to register the vendio demo before he/she can enjoy the full benefits of it. The registered publisher is then allowed to upload a video for the purpose of improving the content of the video before it is released into the platform. By
the use of the vendio demo, he/she will be facilitated on how to insert specific tags in specific positions of the video with the aim of increasing the chance of the advert being relevant to the viewer at a specific time. It is then released to the advertisement platform in order to make it available to advertisers for ad placement.
