Do you remember that I had some problem for tasting the Blond Tongerlo ? Well, I said that my roommate paid it back to me but it wasn’t in money, it was in beer ! So instead of buying me another blond, which I had already reviewed at that time, she bought me the brown one. I don’t know anything for this one so it will be a total discovery !

This is a beer with 6.5%, it’s brewed by the Haacth brewery. More than simply be a special beer, it’s also an Abbey one. One of my first post talks about what is it and you can check it out here.
Actually, there is 4 Tongerlo beers, the classic blond and brown, the Prior and the Christmas.

Tasting

 
Time to taste ! The odor as the taste is very deep, there isn’t too much sugar, it’s soft and very fluffy. Moreover, than all that qualities, it’s quite sweet and don’t bitter at all. There is also not too much alcohol so you can enjoy some of them without getting drunk too fast.

I rate this beer 16/20, it’s a very great beer ! I really loved that fluffiness and the softness. I felt that it was the same brewery as for the blond one, they both have that little thing in common. Either if you prefer blond or brown, this brewery deserves your attention !
