Inktober 2019 Day 14: Overgrown
A potted plant that needs to be transferred to a larger bucket or maybe on the garden soil to let it grow and flourish. Its leaves are cramped together with the abundance of water shoots on every thin branch. This is my idea of the Inktober drawing prompt, Overgrown.
I am using a piece of scrap paper and pencil to draw my draft. Starting could be a challenge for some especially when there is no inspiration or reference photo. I am drawing using my own imagination so I can not tell what kind of plant I created.
I kept adding leaves does not matter if they look right what concerns me more is to make the plant look unkept and needs some serious pruning. Very easy to accomplish the more messy the better.
Here is a close up of one Overgrown branch that is already drooping and reaching the floor. This is one of the fun part because I let my imagination go wild. Hope you like it.
