Pastry Making, a pleasant discovery!

A few years ago my wife decided to give a cut to her working life, made of law and bureaucracy with endless papers, and to immerse herself completely in the sweetest world.
Pastry making inspires her and fascinates me because it is made of pleasure, taste, experimentation and extreme precision.
She spends hours discovering new recipes, modifying them according to her knowledge and her tastes. She likes to listen to famous pastry chefs and read their books to seek advice and secrets of the craft. She has decided to deepen this passion with a professional pastry course that has allowed her to understand how to devote herself to sweetness art.
Now, I am now the official taster of her creations!
Pastry is fun and relaxes us. So we decided to transfer on fuccibonbon.com website (only in italian language) all her knowledge. Here on Steemit we want to propose to our followers some recipes in english language to create our pastry blog :)
Here our first recipe: https://steemit.com/food/@ivand83/tiramisu-cheesecake-english-italian-versions

Sift flour, potato starch, cocoa and baking powder. Add with a scoop these sifted ingredients to the previous until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer it into a greasy and floured donut pan. Preheat the oven to 160°C/320F and bake it for 40-45 minutes.
Let cool completely on a wire rack. Sprinkle the surface with the icing sugar and serve.
