My Fat 2 Fit story | anyone can lose weight if you want to do it

This is my very first blogging on Steemit. I am not a professional blogger either. So i thought it would be better to share a personal thing of my life.


Let me begin my story.  I was lean since childhood. I was 58 KG in 2010.But suddenly in a matter of time i gained huge amount of weigh. In 2011 my weight increased by 85 KG. That time even for a small walk i felt tired. I was drowning. People started calling me fatty. My friends started mocking me. I started feeling fragile. My confidence was going down and down. I tried to lose weight in 2012 and 2013 by maintaining little bit diet plan but i failed.


In later of 2014 i started doing physical workout at nearby gym.I did not get result in first three months by doing lots of cardio and sit up. My confidence went down. Then i started doing more work out but with proper diet plan. That month i lost 8 KG (17.637).


Again i got motivated i kept doing hard work and maintaining nutrition. My stated getting tone. I lost huge amount belly fat. When my weight went down to 69 i started doing building muscles. Though it was little bit late. I should have started building muscle earlier.


Because Cardio(3 days) + Weight Lifting(2 days) = Fat burn machine . Take 2 days rest and recover your body if you feel tired. Keep doing with this routine. I am gonna make you sure that if you are fatty you are going to lose huge amount of fat and weight as well.


There is a myth that if you do weight lifting you cant lose your fat. This wrong according to me. By building muscle you also can lose your excessive amount of body fat. But you have to keep doing cardio.


Today i am going to off. I will share my more experience. from 6-8 i have started building muscles. I will also share about it . But i think i can help you to lose fat. 


But remember one thing doing workout is easy but eating clean food is very hard. Most challenging part. Still i am trying to cope with it. HAHAHA

I agree the diet is the hardest part, at least for me. I love to exercise , so not really hard for me. My diet is still pretty clean, but when the weekend comes I splurge a little and I think this is holding me back. Reducing my alcohol intake should help allot or I will try to introduce more cardio, or the keto diet. I would obviously just use the diet for a short term fix, don't think I would change my lifestyle. If I can drop the last 10 lbs, I would then be able to maintain. After losing lots of weight already, maybe no amount will ever be right. I am aiming for 10% bf right now. Thanks for the post and keep up the good work.
