Monomad Contest - Forgotten Crafts

My entry for Monomad contest hosted by @monochromes.
The rules have changed in Monomad contests! No daily topics anymore!

All you have to do is to post B&W photography and use #monomad tag.

Do you recognize the object the man is carrying on the back? I have not seen such a thing for a long time! It's a type of manual grinder. It was used in the past to sharpen the knives. I was surprised to see that still there is such a thing!
