🍔My favorite food and what i hate the most also! Taiwanese Fried chicken. | 我最愛也最恨的美食-鹽酥雞。

I'm living in U.S. now, eating the west food, i'm keeping thinking about Taiwanese Fried chicken (Popcorn chicken)!
Fried chicken (Popcorn chicken) is a comment food stand, and you can find the shop in a food truck ,too.But if you wanna have the fried chicken in America, you have to go to Chinese restaurants that you can find some, and the price is not cheat...

I'm just too miss Taiwanese Fried chicken,so now i wanna share you this my favorite shop , i had this since i'm a kid!

There's not always a name on the shop, only Fried chicken.

You can see all the food ingredients on the table, then choose whatever you want, like if you wanna get sweet potatoes , just get single one , then the boss will help you to increase the amount of a weight.
From meat to vegetables, let me share what me and my friends always choose:
fried tempura,fried tofu,fried sweet potatoes , fried chicken, fried hot dogs, fried mushrooms, fried squid, fried black pudding, fried cabbage, fried green bean
And some other famous things like pluck , chicken heart , chicken neck , chicken skin , chicken bottom.

The boss will pick all of your ingredients, cut them ,then fried them in a big pot.

The foods after fried are already gold color and crispy (when you are waiting , that smell will let you slobber, haha) , then use a bunch of pepper or red pepper as the seasoning. (there's sweet powder in so shop sometimes )

And there's a most important point is Garlic , Shallot , Basil !
These spices will upgrade the taste of Fried chicken (Popcorn chicken)! Isn't it looks so tasty? If you like strong flavor food , you must try it! :p

And why it let me love and hate ? Because it's too delicious , but i always feel guilty after eating them...

現在住在美國，吃著西方人的食物，但是我心裡一直想著台灣的鹽酥雞呀!
鹽酥雞在台灣是非常常見的路邊小吃，常常會看到一台卡車經營著一家鹽酥雞店面，但是在美國想吃到鹽酥雞非得跑到中國餐廳，一份的價錢相對來說也要價不斐呀~~

今天太想念鹽酥雞了來分享一下台灣的鹽酥雞-這間我最愛的鹽酥雞店，從小吃到大呀!

台灣的鹽酥雞店面通常都不會有名字的，只會寫著大大的鹽酥雞。

你可以看到展開的食材，你可以自由選取想要的食材，假如你要一份番薯，你就夾一根番薯就好了，老闆會自動幫你秤重加到一份的量。
食材從肉類到澱粉到蔬菜類都有，我大概介紹一下每次我和朋友們點時都喜歡點些甚麼。
我們通常都會夾幾片黑輪、百頁豆腐、番薯、米血、雞肉塊、魷魚、熱狗、金針菇、高麗菜、四季豆。
其他比較高人氣得當然還有亞洲人愛吃的內臟類，像是雞心，或是雞脖子、雞皮、雞屁股。

選好之後老闆就會將料撿好，切塊分類，再下去由大鍋油炸。

油炸好起鍋的料已經是酥酥脆脆金黃色的了(在現場等的時候，那香味都會讓人流口水阿哈哈)，然後再用大量的胡椒粉或辣椒粉調味。(有些店可以選擇甘梅粉)

而且鹽酥雞還有一個重點就是蒜頭、蔥花、炸九層塔 !
這幾樣重口味的配料會完全提升鹽酥雞的口感啊!!是不是看起來很好吃呢?喜歡重口味的你們一定要試試看! :P

而為甚麼讓我又愛又恨呢? 因為它實在太好吃了，但是每次吃完總是會有一股罪惡感阿~ 減肥永遠是明日的事....
