HI! Today i wanna share the great Vegan restaurant i just had last night!

I just hung out with friends in Philly, and we made a reservation in a vegan restaurant, which without any animals ingredients, even though the cheese isn't the real cheese, this is the most special place for me.

When you just enter ,you will see the bar beside, then the server will take you to your table. The tables aren't alot , and their business is very good ,so you must take a reservation before you go ，or it will be very hard to get a table!

And if you love to drink alot, you can choose the seat in the bar,and order Happy Hour(bar place only):

And you can see the open kitchen, because here are all light food , so you will not smell the bad cooking odors.

Before you order, you can ask to get a bottle of red wine to warm your throat.
The dish has three part: The Vedge Bar, The Dirt List, The Grill.Before coming the meals, you will get the appetizer drink, drinks like general temperature vegetable juice.

Our first appetizer is HEIRLOOM “TOMATO TOAST(smoked sourdough, black lentils, baby shiitake),STUFFED AVOCADO(romesco, pickled cauliflower, “fried rice,” black salt)

And the second appetizer is WOOD GRILLED SUMMER SQUASH(“tagine”, hummus, cumin breadstick),PEA LEAVES(flash seared, smoked onion dashi, beet ‘sashimi’),CHARRED POLE BEANS(nicoise flavors, smoked tofu, kohlrabi, olive) ,EBRODINI MUSHROOMS(as “fazzoletti”, tomato, basil)

The main meal is EGGPLANT BRACIOLE(smoked eggplant, italian salsa verde, cured olive), WOOD ROASTED CARROT(pumpernickel, garbanzos, carrot mustard, carrot kraut ),SEARED MAITAKE MUSHROOM(celery root fritter, smoked leek remoulade ), CORN “CHOWDER”(garbanzo crepe, beech mushrooms, bay, celery leaf salsa )

Final : Meals are exquisite , flavors are good , but the portions are smaller, if you have a big stomach , i will suggest you eat something before you have this...
And the price is a little higher for me, we spend about $56 for each one (sweat..haha)

今天想和大家分享一下昨天晚上和朋友們一起享用的素食餐廳

昨天晚上去費城和朋友聚餐，特地訂了一間VEGAN餐廳 - VEGAN 和其他素食比較不一樣的地方是它是不加任何動物食材的，連起司都是假的。

一進入口旁邊有酒吧區，如果人數較多要桌子的用餐區的話，服務人員會帶領進去裡面的內用座位區，位子不多，算是規模較小的餐廳，但是因為客人數量非常多，所以一定要定位，不然用餐時段幾乎都是客滿的狀態!

如果你很重酒的話，可以選擇單在酒吧區，點個 Happy Hour，會比較划算唷!

進去可以看到全開放式的廚房，因為都是輕食所以也不 會有太重的油煙味。

點餐前可以請服務人員開瓶紅酒潤潤喉，再慢慢看菜單。
餐點的部分分三大部分: 前菜一、前菜二、主餐。上餐之前會先來個開胃的小飲，喝起來像是常溫的蔬果汁。

我們今天的餐點第一道前菜有 HEIRLOOM “TOMATO TOAST” (烤番茄及吐司)、**STUFFED AVOCADO(牛油果為底，裡面塞了一些醃花椰菜及炒飯)

第二道前菜有 WOOD GRILLED SUMMER SQUASH(像假的香腸及蛋) 、PEA LEAVES(有點像中式的燙青菜口味)、CAMPFIRE GOLD POTATOES(炙烤黃金馬鈴薯)、NEBRODINI MUSHROOMS(有點煙燻香菇口味，樣子是否很像牛肉呢!)

而主餐我們點了EGGPLANT BRACIOLE (主要是茄子，但BRACIOLE似乎是來自波蘭文，我就不知道它的中文了，口感吃起來一口即化，入口就散了，可以沾著旁邊的青醬一起吃)、WOOD ROASTED CARROT (烤胡蘿蔔，乍看之下還以為是鮭魚呢!)、SEARED MAITAKE MUSHROOM(煙燻口味的香菇，我最愛這道，口味比較重，很想一口接著一口呀~)、**CORN “CHOWDER” **(有點像酥脆的玉米春捲)

總結 : 餐點走精緻路線，口味都還不錯，但是份量較少，如果你是食量大的人我建議飯前先吃點東西，不然吃完後會覺得有點空虛阿...畢竟價位屬於中高，我們四人每人三道，開一瓶紅酒，平均下來大約 $56...( 汗
有來費城的話不妨來試試看這間輕食素食餐廳!偶爾來點清食口味也是不錯的!
