SALAD WITH THE BEET "MARINA"
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 medium beets
• can of peas
• 3-4 salted cucumber
• 50 grams of vegetable oil
PREPARATION:
1. Cook the beets, cool and cut into cubes.
2. Pour in vegetable oil in beet and mix. This will prevent the coloration of all the ingredients of the salad in the color of beets.
3. Cucumber cut into cubes or grate on a large grater.
4. From a jar of peas, drain the water into a separate container (can be used for making mayonnaise).
3. Peas and cucumbers add to the beet and mix.
4. Season the salad with mayonnaise and decorate with greens.
