Trump vs Media - Fire and Fury TwitterStorm Warning

in #trump7 years ago

There are those who actually believe that Trump would never abuse his powers and trample on individual rights. Really?

Your thoughtful comments are highly regarded and will be appropriately rewarded. But I'm looking for people who consider the content presented and engage the community by adding to the pool of knowledge on this incredible decentralized, censorship free platform. Honestly, I'm neither Democrat nor Republican. I guess if forced to choose, I would consider myself a Lbertarian.

Do I totally trust President Trump to do what's best for the American people? No. Would I have trusted Hillary Clinton to have done what's best for the American people? Absolutely not.

This book, and the response, was just more of this insane political theater, in my opinion. They need to do their cushy, over-paid jobs, and quit acting like a clique of (13) year old girls!

Surely there's at least one thing that everyone should be able to agree on, and that's that our political system is broken. It's totally demolished. Corporate money can create, as well as destroy laws, and you know how that will always turn out. Good for them, and bad for us.

We have everything heppening from crazy conspiracies, and mud-slinging, all the way to murder. This isn't what we want, nor is it what we should accept, from people that WORK FOR US!

There was (I believe) a (20) year study by one of the Ivy League colleges, and they determined, almost conclusively, that what the overwhelming amount of Americans want, has absolutely nothing to do with what our government does. The big corporations call the shots. The merger of corporate entities and government is known as Fascism!

Welcome to your new United States.

We live in a time where the political scene is like a cross between a soap opera, a horror movie, a TV crime mini-series, and a Saturday Night Live skit.

As soon as Elon Musk gets a rocket warmed-up and ready to go, I'm on the first ship to Mars!

Thanks for your post, it was appreciated. (And obviously thought-provoking!) lol

I think it could be just marketing tactics for sales. They are just stirring up the public to be the best seller with this book. It's all a game they are playing with us, (divide and conquer) . We are the audience and they are the actors playing us like fools.
Everything is a lie and that's a fact. They'll know that their lying system is complete when everything the American people believe in is a lie. As long as we think that, they are divided they will always stay in power. Wake up sleeping giants, wake up.

Nice job fitting so much useful info in a short vid. I would give Trump a 0/10. The same score I give all of the psychopathic, war-mongering buffoons that presume to be our rulers.

That being said, I'm almost tempted to get a twitter account just to follow Trump for entertainment value. It's pretty hilarious that he even uses that app.

Look, President Trump says some STUPID things via Twitter, and often. Yes, hes narcissistic, but you cannot deny his actions to bolster the American economy have worked. We don't know what the tax plan will do next year, but consumer confidence is booming, hence the stock market at all time highs. Also, slashing regulations supposedly helped free up the trillions of dollars of offshore money that business owners are hiding because they don't want to pay corporate taxes. Eliminating 16 regulations per every 1 implemented has helped new business owners such as myself thrive, not to mention corporate taxes dropping to 21% from 35%!

At the end of the day, he needs to stop talking crap to North Korea using Twitter. He sounds like an idiot. I also don't agree on his marijuana stance. That is a CASH CROP. Las Vegas made 2 million dollars in tax revenue the first week of legalized sales of marijuana! I don't understand the issue with this one. Maybe some pharmaceutical ties or something.

Laslty, I'm proud he is the President and I back him... Most of the time.

Cheers.

Oh, and I've post synopsis of Trumps speeches and his outlines to save viewers time watching the 20 minute videos. They are non biased and the source is whitehouse.gov, not a news agency with an agenda.

Thanks for your thoughtful response. I'm glad we can talk about these things rationally without drama and emotion. We disagree on the part about being proud to back a reckless narcissist. But further, it cannot be denied that Trump is an authoritarian, just like Bush, Obama, Reagan, Clinton, Carter....History has made it clear that the position of President is a figurehead position. The money masters behind the scenes have been there for a long long time.

I'm sure that, if Killary would have been "S"elected, we would see the same jobs numbers and the economic outlook would look similar. Why? Because mere presidents don't control such things. They are there to give the appearance that they control such things to keep the people in the system of voting for the chains of their own oppression.

Do I want candidate A (heavy chains, intense whipping and more money stolen) or do I want candidate B (lighter chains, less intense whipping and a smaller amount of money stolen?)

Just like Hillary, Bush and Obama, Trump is a warmonger. Further, putting a Goldman Sachs guy (Mnuchin) in charge of the Treasury is hardly "draining the swamp."

As far as following presidents (rulers), and not thinking full bore anarchist (no rulers), if we keep doing what we've been doing, we'll keep getting what we've been getting.

More money stolen through the IRS
More people caged through the DEA
More groping courtesy of the TSA
More spying via the CIA
More dishonesty from Washington's District of Criminals
More transgenerational debt slavery (via the national debt)
More of the same from the Federal Reserve....

.....need I go on? Peace my friend.

This book reads like leftist propaganda. Trump lovers will say it's garbage, Trump haters will love it and use it a proof for certain agendas like impeachment. What is really important is to view politics in the U.S. with no team loyalty, just like you do, Brian. Only then can you see clearly a better view of the truth.
How do I feel about Trump personally? That's slightly complex, since I no longer believed in presidential power when Bush Jr. won in 2000. That's 18 years of freeing myself from choosing a team that I identify with. I am, however, greatly amused with each day that Trump is the President over Hillary. I am still not believing in any way that Trump has the best interests of the people when he makes difficult decisions, but it may not be that simple because he is dismantling many problems that have been instituted under Obama and Bush, while still continuing to do more of the same.
Just don't believe everything you read, especially when you know the intent of the authors.

Good job at remaining objective in your video - just pointing out the facts is always best. Long time follower on YT, just never commented there because the people on there suck, and because I'm obviously an involved commenter, I always get trolled by the opposition bots so I gave up LOL - so, I'm glad your content is here too.

In response to your questions:

  1. My personal thoughts on Trump are complicated, but it mostly comes down to the fact that I do feel he is best for us, at the moment, out of all we had to choose from. He is an insider somewhat, but I don't think he is supported by those who have been our "ruling class" for what seems like decades. I think he is definitely different as far as his personality goes, and shows very clear narcissistic psychopathic tendencies, but almost all politicians and CEOs do - you have to be a little ruthless to make it to the top. Someone does need to take his Twitter capabilities away, or somehow convince him to take it down a notch, but I do like how he communicates with the public directly via Twitter - if it were left to the media, we'd never hear what he had to say as they all despise him... which, is another reason I think he is our guy - when the media (who are the most brainwashed marionettes in America), hate someone, they're usually someone I take interest in. Also, I think that the increased numbers for jobs and the economy are proving that he knows what he is doing. He is a good businessman, no one can argue that, and I think we forget that this Republic (important word) is a business, and fiscally needs to ran as such. Do I think he's big on individual liberty? No, but I don't think that's our biggest issue at the moment (I feel it is our economy, jobs, education, planning for our future, infrastructure, and foreign policy which needs the most help now). Do I think he's a puppet? Not at all, that's why they all hate him - the media, the democrats, the republicans, insert any "group" here besides the deplorables...

  2. The things I find objectionable are, like I mentioned above, his temperament, but to me personally this is trivial. Who cares what he eats and how he spouts off, his name calling, his Diet Coke - whatever - he's doing more in the Oval Office than anyone else who's been there in my lifetime, and probably even longer than that. Also, I was very upset when he first bombed Syria, as I voted for him with the understanding that we were going to be "putting America first" which is long overdue - and randomly bombing a place with such a quick reaction time and very little intelligence (as we were told by the Trump hating media) is unacceptable. But, as time has gone one I have quit focusing on that because I realize that he and his admin have been under serious attack from all angles from the beginning and we don't know the specifics. He did make it clear that he wouldn't be like other Presidents who announce every move they make and why, so that the opposition has time to prepare or respond before we've even made a move. And according to QAnon (if that is legit) Syria has a huge hand in the corruption here at home, on US soil.

  3. Rating for individual liberty - 5, as I don't see him having my exact views on individual freedoms - with maybe the exception of the fact that I do believe he is trying to make it to where we have the right job opportunities come back to the US which started leaving after NAFTA - and more financial freedom for more families goes a long way in personal freedom in general. I do think that eventually during this term he will do something about all the spying on Americans, which would make me bump my rating up to maybe an 8... someone needs to fix that and get our personal conversations and private thoughts exchanged among ourselves OUT of govs hands.

  4. Rating for his furthering hatred for the ruling class - I believe this is subjective based on individual groups of Americans, and don't think it's really relevant* (explanation at bottom). For right-leaning individuals, I'd say a low, maybe 2 or 3 - they mostly have accepted a "ruling class", at least politically, as you can see by the same ol' GOP candidates getting elected over and over again, just because they're a red ticket - policy or principle hasn't mattered for the Republicans for so ling because they've just been trying to vote defensively for so long. For left-leaning individuals, I'd say 10 - the SJWs of today hate him because he's 1)white 2)male 3) wealthy 4)cocky - which is a result of 1-3. But, here is the catch - the SJWs will act that way about him, then turn around and literally worship HRC, or CREEPY Joe Biden, as if they aren't even a part of the "ruling elite".

The reason I don't think it's relevant is because until we make our elections more fair, it doesn't matter because money, and lots of it, is really all it takes to get elected - so therefore, it will always be a member of the "ruling financial class" who gets elected. To make elections fair 1)they should be ran on blockchain so they cannot be altered and are viewable to the public, 2)all candidates should get the same budget (paid for by US gov) and the same amount of air-time - no fundraising allowed, all this does is leave room for corruption with expected favors from donors. All FCC compliant broadcasters should be required to give equal time to all candidates, period, as part of their broadcasting license, 3)voting should require an ID - I have to show an ID to pick my daughter up from school or buy a bottle of wine (even though I'm clearly over 21), this should not be an issue, and if people cannot afford the $26 state ID fee, or whatever it is, then we need to get a public fund, or non-profits involved to assist those who want to vote but can't afford an ID.

And I almost forgot the most important part of election reform - campaigning needs to be limited to a 6 month, or even 3 month time period. That would force those running to make their policies and points known immediately and there would be less time for mudslinging (which helps no one)... and we are just sick to death of the perpetual campaigning around here - a president will spend half their time trying to get reelected for the next term instead of doing his job.

I was thinking of writing a comment here, however; you said everything I could but much better. I dont usually drop 2 line comments but, spot on. RESPECT

Wow, thank you!

Great video! Although I couldn't determine where you fall in the Trump battle, I was impressed by the depth of its detail and scope.
I am seriously and furiously opposed to Trump. The man lacks finesse and his demeanor is decidedly unpresidential. He defends himself by lashing out at others, resorts to profanity and name calling when he can't muster the logic to defend himself, and he is hopelessly obsessed with measuring his own standing in the world.
I have to give him one thing, he is an accomplished demagogue who knows how to appeal to the lower natures of men and women who would rather be right than be better.
I would rate him a 3 out of a possible 10, but only for the sheer dumb luck that landed him in a recovering America.
Having spoken my mind, I will happily share your video far and wide.

P.s. What was great about your video is that it was so balanced and nonpartisan in nature that I couldn't be certain where your loyalties lay. That is good and true journalism.

It's scary how immature and in need of constant praise this guy is. If someone wrote a book about Obama or Bush or any other former president they would have ignored it or gave it 10 seconds. This guy is tweeting about it like an angry teenager. Go out and run the country stop acting like a man child. Toughen up everyone talks smack about the president you shouldn't even acknowledge it never mind spending all this time have meltdown tweets about it.

Wow "!! what a compact " fire and fury " it was fantastic @highimpactflix

You don't get to be as powerful as Trump was even before he was president without trampling on people. What worry's me most about him is I think he is clinically mad he keeps talking up his own intelligence he has all the classic signs of a narcissistic dictator. Does he think he's God & is he hellbent on Armageddon or does he think he has been appointed by God to start Armageddon & if he does how many Americans are dumb enough to believe him & blindly follow. Is it even him tweeting or the men behind the curtain that run the show. Who knows personally I don't trust anyone with Orange skin if you are too stupid to get the colour of fake tan right then you are too stupid to run for president in my humble opinion. I couldn't believe it when him & Hillary were the only choice for voters if I was American I would of stayed home on election day.
