Hi Steemit friends!
As we get wealthy, if you are also wise... you have to stay, get, and be healthy! In order to truly enjoy this ride of life in it's fullness!
So I am here to mainly share all my anti-aging, or what I've always called it, "pro-youthing" knowledge. This is also a place to share my thoughts, understandings, and any tips that have benefited me, in my journey towards HealthWealth.
I am originally from Russia, and moved to the U.S. when I was nine and a half. I've grown up in the U.S. for most of my life.
My knowledge, comes from my passion about health leading me to travel to different wellness & self improvement "conscious" conferences around the U.S. for about 5 years, maybe more. That opened the doors to being invited to work and live in Sedona, Arizona.. which I did for about 3 years. There I happened to be surrounded by like minded vibrant healthy individuals, that shared the same passions for growth... and now I just want to share what I've learned here on STEEMIt!
Currently, I am in the Spanish mountains near the sea. I live with my wonderful husband off grid with our three cats.
