Hello everyone This Daily Diary is For motivation and guidance for all body building lovers i always wanted my friends to be happy,fit and active and always try to share my workouts so that they could always get motivated and informed.

the quarantine made me so lazy that i couldn't be able to do proper workout or Maybe bad Routine made me lazier. Now i am going to try my best to maintain my health as well as proper workout.

So today i just got up with full motivation for the workout it's necessary to do warm up before starting exercise so i have done 4 sets (20 reps each set) pushups and hang ups ( pullups or mostly people say it chin ups ).

though i knew it would hurt me badly because the muscles were inactive for a long time but as you know passion is the only way to success so i did that.

After warmup it was a chest day for me didn't took pictures as i haven't taken mobile phone at the gym because mobile would distract me or would have made me further lazier.

Exercise Steps i have taken today For chest day ( workout i followed )

  • So i started with the pushups , i made my body straight hip and back side full straight and i tried to go lower as much as possible for the best Output. ( People should try to avoid touching the floor as it would give them rest ) you can increase the level of pushups by inclining the legs
  • Then second exercise was Barbell bench press or straight rod bench while lying on the bench i tried to make rod straight above my chest and the grip i had choosen was with width approximately to the shoulders. To strengthen ny breath i followed the technique inhale while on bottom and exhale while making it upward. Also you can make it more powerful when you lower the rod let them down for 2 seconds before moving it upward
  • third exercise was dumbbell bench press doing exercise with dumbles helped me to focus on balancing and the muscle was getting full weight ( on the rod sometimes the other hand gives some support due to which muscle couldn't get fully pressure.
  • the fourth exercise was dumble Fly or Butterfly
  • fifth was Cable Chest Press
  • 6th was Inclined dumble Bench press for the upper chest

Thats it for the workout i have done on lower weights because i started it all again after a very long time and the first week is just for making muscle ready or we can say warm up week.

After comming back from the gym i tried to check whether muscles got pumped or not and see it got pumped beautifully.

I have done workout before so my body has already in shape for building Big muscles just a little weak in Body Mass but surely i will gain it.

After exercising i came back to home and made a banana shake for me

Taken after making it and to make it more yummy i added Cream in it 😋 I haven't added any sugar into it because i feel so insecure as many people are having diabetes so Taking precautions.

After this Hard workout i Went to sleep. After waking up my muscles were like Stucked i wasn't be able to pickup glass of water due to too much pain. But i knew it would happen and it would pain the whole week .

So with all pain while writing this Daily Diary i will now take some rest. I hope i have Guide the best possible way to get most of the output while doing Chest exercises.

Most of the body builder take bana shake , i used to go to gym when i was 18 year old

Great diary post. These are the things I am not able to do now, with some resource issue. Now I will start exercising on depending on my resources.
