When did we stop being so hard to impress? When did the amazing become an inconvenience, a journey that would have taken a two weeks, if possible at all, reduced to a hour and a bit, all wrapped up with free wi-fi and a cookie.

But then I see her, crying as she walks through the terminal and I realise that it's not all business men rushing from one pointless meeting to another there is still someone for whom this flight is life changing, moving away from home, from another, moving towards something better, something worse, or maybe just into the unknown.

Oh well back home, until i do it all again next week.
