Hello Steemians, in which language should I write here? Okay, I speak Deutsch daily, My native language is Bahasa, and for a few days reading here - while waiting for Steemit's approval account - I've just found that almost everyone write in English. Fine, as a greeting-post for the community, I write in English even though i'm not too good for that.

About me

My name is Haris. I was born in Indonesia and now I life in Germany. I have landed in Germany for love and until now (and certainly for the future), we are always together.

My partner and I live in a small village in north of Germany, just before entering Danish border. Have you heard about Nordfriesland? this is a district where we life. 

What I am doing? I do not do a steady job. But I have a food blog, with it I get many tasks; My food blog is affiliated with an online grocery that sells Asian foodstuffs in Germany. Then, with my food blog, I have busy schedule to give cooking courses in some Volkshochschulen (German’s Folk School). This year until winter holiday, my cooking courses are full booked.

If I'm not in the task - Believe me, being a food blogger can be very, very busy - I love taking care of my very beautiful garden. All our neighbors have nice gardens, but my garden is the most beautiful one in the village… I'm very proud of it, and oh, of course I want to show it to you, I can not hide it, take a look... 

The other thing I like most is traveling. We have traveled to many interesting places in Asia and Europe, and will continue to traveling. Recently we just got back from a road trip across Alpine Mountains on the Italian side. Surely I will write my story here in the near future, please wait..

What will I do here?

I was looking for some kind of microblogging media, which is to write my travel stories and also to show off nice photos during the trip. I have been trying for a while at Tumblr, but for some reason I do not into it. And of course I also have an account on Instagram, please see if you are interested, the contents are nice photos of our trip.

By chance I have read a blog about web 3.0, it is kind of decentralized social media network and the authors refered Steemit in his article, then I searched for it, registered my self and... here I am with you all. So I will use steemit as microblogging for my travel story, as per my nickname. And also to socialize with you.

What can you do for me?

Please be my friends, good friends. As a new comer, sometimes i feel nowhere here.
