It's Experiment time !!
I am gonna try to go from Flabs To Abs In 30Days 💪🏽
It's true that I have been doing regular exercise and healthy eating since more than a year now.
But in the last few days, well...
That's exactly what's happened to me.
More like 2 weeks of fuck-it.

I sympathize with Vin Diesel here. Maintaining your body is tough!
My fitness has gone to buy 🍔 🍟 🍕
Time to point it in the direction of 🍳 🍲 🍗
❓So what's my plan❓
I have 4 weeks.
Time to make a game plan!
This 500 reps challenge has helped me twice in the past and I am gonna start with this for the first week.
Will update next weeks plan as I move forward.
❓What about nutrition and diet❓
I am NOT gonna count calories.
But definitely will be following stuff below:
- Eat 5-6 small meals a day.
- Eat more protein (no supplements)
- Completely stop processed sugar. ❌
- Completely stop fried and junk food. ❌

Doing number 3 and 4 of your diet plan alone should get you results. Processed, fried food are a killer.
Yes, but that will only reduce the body fat. Need to build muscle as well with exercise :)
