ACHIEVEMENT 3 BY @hameedhussain - TASK: CONTENT ETIQUETTE Plagiarism
Hello everybody and welcome to my this post which is named as Achievement 3 post.As I have passed the first two achievements so now I here to pass the third one with a new passion and new thoughts.
The title of our today's discussion is to aware our friends and also protect ourselves from the termPlagiarism.
What is plagiarism?
In the Steemit world, plagiarism is discouraged greatly as it is really a bad habit. Suppose, we find a quote or a sentence from the internet which is written by someone else and we use that text in our blog or post then the thing will be considered to be plagiarism and the content (post or blog) is said to be Plagiarised content. The plagiarized content is greatly discouraged in the Steemit platform and the @endingplagiarism team is very active to detect such content and give it downvotes or discourage the users that are spreading the plagiarized content. So, this is what we call Plagiarism.
The plagiarized material may contain photos,quotes,images,videos or any other matter. It is simply the use of others material as his own without taking permission or crediting the real author.
How to prevent Plagiarism?
This simple method of be safe and secure for plagiarism is to cite the source of the copied material(text,phrase,images,quotes,etc) .This thing is important to give the credit of the material to the real owner besides taking it for our owns.
The best and the most profitable way to avoid from plagiarism is to make your own vocabulary besides taking the material of someone else. Add your own pictures or words to your post to make it more effective and make it safe from the copyright claim.
Disadvantages of Plagiarized content.
As I have told before that the plagiarism is a very bad habit and considered to be a very bad thing in the Steemit platform as well so there are some disadvantages of spreading the plagiarized content on Steemit.

The plagiarized content is discouraged in such a way that if the plagiarism is detected then the post will be downvoted and considered to be immoral.
