Small action but big Impact - Let's Talk

Hope everyone is well and healthy. I am still trying to stay healthy, even though other family members are sick along with me. We have to face more challenges in the fight to survive in this changing situation, because the way the environment is changing is creating a lot of doubt in the overall security.

Yet we have to stay in the fight with the right mindset. The right mindset is not only for staying healthy but also for ensuring one's victory in real life challenges. See everything we are doing there is an expectation of victory but in the end that expectation is not fulfilled, but why not?

Maybe we don't think too much about it. Sometimes we think maybe others tried harder than me, maybe their efforts were right so I failed and they won. But I never consider this information to be correct in my view. In my view I did not take the right action, my efforts were lacking so they moved on.

But if my efforts were flawless and the actions were 100% perfect then I would have been the winner, no one else could have taken the chance. To give an example, the Twitter promotion we tried to spread to all community members, encouraged everyone to think about the future to properly promote Steemit. But is everyone doing it right? Not doing it at all, just randomly tweeting posts the way we show them.

Unexpected though it is true, not giving any kind of reaction to other tweets or endorsing them, then how will our promotion come into tendering and be able to attract attention of others? Think about it, it's very simple and doesn't take much time. Small actions can have a big impact.

Those who have joined us in Twitter promotion and are promoting their posts on Twitter, we should try to react properly, comment and retweet if necessary to encourage them or keep those posts in front. Actions are very small but you can't imagine how big their impact can be in promoting the community.

I have tried to summarize my last week's report here just to make the point, although it is not of the desired quality. Because very few users have reacted there. This shows how much love and effort we have for the community!
