Responsible Roles are Always Appreciated || Let's Talk

How are you all? Hope everyone is well and healthy. A healthy body can give the gift of a healthy mind and a healthy mind can give opportunities for commendable work. For this reason, a healthy mentality is given a little more importance in all fields or in all activities. Because just as it is impossible to work properly with a sick mentality, it is also impossible to perform duties properly.

Today I will talk about promotion, but in this case today I will focus on the 'Amar Bangla Blog' community. Because I have already appreciated the users of 'Amar Bangla Blog' through many posts and writings. Because they are trying to do proper promotion work till now. And in this case, the admin of 'Amar Bangla Blog', Shuvo Bhai, is trying to fulfill his duties properly.

Each community has multiple admins and they have been performing different responsibilities. Similarly, Shuvo Bhai has been carrying out the responsibility of promotion on social sides on behalf of 'Amar Bangla Blog'. I myself am trying to start monitoring, trying to fix where there is a gap. Because collective efforts never fail and are far ahead of success.

For this reason, we always draw the attention of the responsible admins of each community and invite them to play their responsible role. Because if everyone tries to carry out their duties with awareness from their respective positions, then it will be easier to complete them more accurately and correctly. In every endeavor there must be a guide, so that one does not make a wrong call and proceed wrongly.

I present to you an example this week, just to illustrate the point. This user didn't do too much wrong, but there were some limitations regarding his tag for promotion. Shuvo Bhai realizes that and immediately informs him about it. The user immediately realizes this and promises to promote with more awareness later on.

If we try to correct someone's mistake in the beginning, it will be very easy. But if it is too late then they will not understand it very quickly. This is why this post of mine today, if everyone pays attention to the work of their community users from their own position and reports them as soon as they are wrong, then maybe wrong promotion will never happen.
