My Transformation in 5 Years Of Training & My Way From Skinny Guy to Competitions
Hello everybody!
Today I want to share with you my own transformation. First of all I want to say taht I was always too skinny and too tall. Because of that I always felt weak and and I did not have the self-confidence.
Whole my life I was in some sport. From the early age I trained football, then volleyball and at the end, when I decided to change some things, I went to the gym at the age 16.
As every beginning was not easy. I could almost nothing. A normal bar for the Bench with no weight was too heavy for me...But I did not stop.
Firstly I went to the gym 3 times per week, then I started to go 4 times and after couple months I was almost every day at the gym.
First 3 months was the hardest becaouse you are still in pain, you can not do nothing and you dont see some results. But already after 3 months when you start to see results on your boddy, you will be more motivated and you will looking for more!
I still remember how exited I was watching the first results I got. I've been eating alot of healthy food every 2-3 hours of and I wass o happy watching on the scale how I got at least 10 grams.
It may seem to you that I am complex or obsessed with the look. But once when I get something in my head, so I have to do it.
My first competitiony
After some time when I was already fully in training and when I got a nice results, I got a offer from my mentor to go on my first competition in fitness.
I was sceptical but I accepted that and so it started. It was about National competition and I compete in Fitness Model cathegory where I placed 1st. I was so happy about that and so motivated so I could not stop.
Then, next competition after 1 month was World Championship, where I placed 7th. Again big results for me. Especially with the fact that I was the younges competitor in my cathegory (Men's Physique).
In that time I was only 19 years old just finished school, with no money and job. The only thing I had is a strong will and desire.
After that I was recovering myself and prepare for the next competition almost 1 year. I needed to put some more weight on me and to be even better. So I did. My first competition in 2017. was Balkan Championship, where I placed 1st.
That was really big competition with great competitors so I was really proud of myself.
This was again great start of the season and huge motivation for a upcoming big show - World Championship in Spain where I placed 2nd.
In the meantime I really discovered myself in the fitness world. So I decided to enroll a fitness instructor course.
Im' so proud now that I can share my knowledge and experinece with someone else and to help others to lose weight or gain some muscles, actually be a better version of themself.

You always can start from the internet! You can read some of my past articles about food and training. Also, you just need to start, just go in the gym and always you can ask someone something.
Great story, what you advice for fat old man as me to gain some shape, I am training mostly aero i.e cycling and jogging. Is any easy way to lose some fat from my belly?
Ofc there is a way, just keep up doing that and exercising, also dont forget about food and diet, diet are 70% of losing fat. @lesiopm
