Nippon Budokan | 日本武道館
After leaving Yasukuni Shrine, I walked across the road over the foot bridge to the Kitanomaru National Garden. It is not an ordinary park, thw world famous Nippon Budokan is right inside this park.
我離開靖國神社之後，就經過行人天橋走到旁邊的北之丸公園。這公園並不是一般的公園因為世界知名的日本武道館就在裏邊。
Entrance of the garden doesn't like normal parks and gardens. It looks more like entrance of a Japanese castle.
這兒的入口和普通的公園不同。我覺得比較像是日式城堡的入口。
Looked like it was the Japan Self-Defense Force Marching Festival, which is held end of November every year at this venue. No wondered there were many senior citizens lined up outsife.
似乎我遇到每年11月底在這裏舉辦的日本自衛隊音樂節。難怪場外已經有不少年紀較大的人在排隊等候進場。
Since I was not able to go inside, I walked along outside briefly, then went to the "Chidorigafuchi" Promenade.
由於我不可以進場，我只在外面行了一會兒，就走進旁邊的「千鳥之淵」。
It was a nice garden with pretty red leaves, small grassland and a stream.
這是個有草地，機林(有紅葉呀)和一條小溪流的花園。
I stayed there for a short while then headed back to Shinjuku for an early lunch. It was about time to catch the bus to airport since I was leaving in the evening.
過了一會我就起程回新宿，準備早一點吃個午餐，然後出發去機場，回香港了。

It does not look like a typical park, the entrance gate is beautiful and you're right @guyverckw, it looks like a castle, it has beautiful trees (there is a yellow pine tree that I love) but it strikes me that there are also photos like a stadium or arena? Is it also inside the park?
