Discord Nears 100 Million Users!
Popular social platform Discord has quadrupled it's user base over the last year. The site is attracting 1.5 million new users a week and the company expects to reach the incredible 100 million mark by the New Year!
What started as a site for gamers to communicate with eachother has turned into a place for many different groups to meet up and share ideas with eachother from all across the globe.
Discord representatives said they now have people from 130 countries currently using the service.
It's not just gamers signing up and using the site, as many of you know Steemit has a healthy number of people on there using it aswell and it really adds to the experience.
Discord has become the go-to place for a variety of different communities to meet up and share ideas with eachother. The company said they never dreamed it would have the sheer amount of people using its service as it does today.
Every day an average of 15 million users log on to the site.
