OMG! How Long Before I'm Bald
It's a bit of a weird thing to post about but I was horrified this morning when I washed my hair and this happened.
I'm used to a lot of hair falling out but not this much. All I did was run my fingers through it to distrbute the conditioner. I haven't dared brush it yet! 😱
Since it's been so hot I've been wearing my hair up all day and night. Could that be the problem?
I googled "does putting your hair up make it fall out" and apparently it does. 😱 It's caused traction alopecia and, I quote:
In time, the continuous pulling can damage your hair follicles. If you damage your hair follicles, your hair cannot grow back, so you develop permanent hair loss.
Aaaaaaaarg!!!!!
That's it then. I can't afford to take the risk at my age. I'm just going to have to tough it out in the heat. 😢
Or maybe it's time to start saving for a hair transplant. But how does that work long term?
I've often wondered (well maybe a couple of times 😂) if Roonie will end up with just the hair that was transplanted still on his head whilst the rest has fallen out.

I was worried but then I ROFL when I read the end of your post 😂😂😂 i think I have the same amount of your hair fall since I was young until now😊 but it still grows, maybe because I wear headscarf or hijab which made from clothes.
Hair transplant? What about wig? It's cheaper and stylist too😊

These are very serious problems, especially because in this world beauty is so is of paramount importance and much is based on beauty and hair is a part with which one presents this beauty. I have very fine hair, I get it. I saw a video on youtube where a woman Aleo Vera rubbed on the scalp. Maybe this will help. I wouldn't wash my hair too often. Maybe a hair soap will help, i'm taking it right now.
