Pizza pockets
Wazzup every body, I was trying something different today, pizza pockets. Its something I used to eat before going vegan, you can get them at the shops, but I thought I could do something similar and they vegan, win win. Dry January is over and a beer was due, and if beer guy is reading, I went with a lager, because I like lager.
So basically I made a basic dough, because basically it is just flour salt and boiling water, basic hey?
I worked it and wrapped it up.
To make the tomato sauce, I used liquidised tomatoes, garlic and fresh basil.
I fried the mushrooms to prevent the pockets from being soggy.
Then I rolled out the dough.
Made some big circles.
Added some tomato sauce.
Mushroom
Some cheese and wrap them up.
Then I baked them till crispy golden brown.

Haha… I use that processor every day now and you’re right, the view isn’t half bad. Those falafels have made their way into our dinner rotations. Thanks :)
