My Actifit Report Card: July 2 2019

안녕하세요
좋은친구(@gfriend96)가 되고싶은 부기입니다.

원추리꽃이라네요
참나리꽃이랑 비슷해서 참나리꽃인줄 알았는데 아니군요 ^^;;

지난 주말 둘째아이 코를 닦아주려 허리를 숙이는데
또다시 허리에서 뚝 하는 소리가 났습니다.
그후로 허리가 계속 아파 불편하네요
작년과 비슷한 느낌의 소리가나서
또 119에 실려가면 어떻하나 걱정을 했는데
다행히 많이 아프긴하지만 걸을 정도는 되서 출근을 하고있네요

허리가 계속 불편하기도하고 해서
뭔가 방법이 있는지 알아봐야 겠습니다.
